No Deluxe monthly giftbox here either… And I’ve been also wondering where the so ceremoniously announced cars are -cause they’re nowhere in WK world, that’s for sure… Dear WK team, it would be really nice if you finally gave us an answer, because -as you can also see- more and more people are getting quite anxious and frustrated about it, yet, we haven’t received so much as a single word about the issue… Thanks.
Everyone is assuming it’s a copyright issue. But what I don’t get is, wouldn’t Ganz have had permission to use the promoted items in the first place? These were not new, right, I mean, they are returning items that had been introduced in WW previously without an issue? Someone said theirs even disappeared from their docks after having won them that first day. Very strange. I hope they will make some little cars for us in the future, without being attached to a certain film. I was so excited to collect a few of them this month and it is very disappointing.
I did not see the notice so I can only assume it had to do with the original licensing agreement. Usually those are only good for a specified time and distribution. Originally the cars items were only available to Canadian players through a float/click promotion.
Glad to see I’m not the only one missing my deluxe giftbox, I thought I was going crazy. I hope this will be resolved soon.
