Sorry I’m off topic, but I’m not sure how long I should wait before I need to contact service center! My account didn’t get my Deluxe Membership prizes. My other accounts are OK. Any help is great. Thanks, urcow
If it is your renewal month, you won’t get the prizes until you renew.
Thanks percaroma, that is what it is. I have a code to use, but not sure where I need to enter it. I’m new to Deluxe & don’t know all the ins & outs.
You can’t activate it until your current Deluxe is done. Then go to the eStore and click on the Deluxe membership where you originally purchased it…go towards the bottom of the screen and there is a place for you to activate the code you have.

Unrelated, but why do my super rare pets in Webkinz Next not get 3 sparks when they grow up. It’s a little frustrating that I spent money on a plush for it and I dont get to spark it or get a Classic code for the plush.
So the rare/ultra rare pets get 0 sparks since they’re one-of-a-kind. I know, it sucks. =P If you’re going to pay $30 for a plush, you might as well get a classic code and/or sparks.
Hi Flower88910, it’s normal that they don’t get sparks. They will never. And there is no code because it is already on your Next account. The reason that they don’t get sparks is because they have traits that are so rare that they can’t pass them down to further generations. So if you get one you’re lucky, because they will sell out, and because their traits are unique to them and then only. Although they are special, I call them the unlucky pets because I like pets that have sparks because I want a big family and because you spend a lot of money for a plush. Really, I’ve seen plushies that cost $4. Anyway, I hope this info helps, but can someone please answer me? Where is the baby showcase from Thursday??? Thanks
