I hope the sale is extended due to all the issues with the estore today. Had items in my buggy went to add more and was told the items couldn’t be added to my account so I tried to log back in and got the “your account hasn’t been used in awhile contact customer service (which you can’t call you have to email and hope they answer) Not only have I just added points into my account from deluxe membership points but also bought points and used my account this morning. I’m now getting a HTTP Status 404 – Not Found page. Hoping this can be fixed.

i can’t get the estore page at all, on here it says blank page check your connection, and i do but this loads fine, i tried it on a phone a while ago it worked i think, i wanted the free outfit, and to see what a ganz deal day looks like but on the phone it was so small i couldn’t see anything, lol not sure i got the outfit yet, maybe a sale out going on everyone is shopping today at the estore, go webkinz. and that mouse or mice is the cutest thing,
Hi it worked after midnight, that’s my luck, the only thing I wish I got when my deluxe account was automatic updated, for this month I missed out on the SEEDs why didn’t they give them to us all who does the deluxe for that month, is it just my luck. cause that is a nice thing to get is seeds, not after you auto do it, that should be added for all that add that month, cause why auto if its better later on, thank you have a great day. what a great sale you had.

Is anyone else having trouble logging in to their Ganz EStore account?!? Whenever I try to log on I get a message saying my account has been inactive for a long time and I need to contact Ganz to have it reactivated. I purchased points on my account this morning and even got my appreciation day gift, so clearly my account is not inactive :( I have sent an email to customer service but not sure if they will get to it today. Such a fantastic sale, I was so excited for it too.
