Purchased dragon this morning and now hours later still in processing. This has never happened before. Sent email, too but guess we will not hear anything since it the weekend. Happy Labor Day to those in the USA.

Purchased one last night just after midnight KT and I have been sitting in processing since. Rather disappointed that I have to send an email to Ganz CS because there should be no issue with a points purchase.

I got an email with the Enchanted Dragon’s code this afternoon! It’s strange that it took so long, that’s never happened before and I’ve been playing Webkinz for a very long time.

Bought a dragon and it has no code, took my points but I didn’t get an email, just says ‘processing’ which shouldn’t be an issue because it’s a points purchase, not a CC
