Does anybody know why Webkinz would freeze when adopting a pet? I tried to adopt a bat twice today and after putting in the code, choosing girl, and naming her, Webkinz totally froze up when I hit NEXT. I double-checked to make sure the code was right.
Webkinz is a trademarked name. The last I knew trademarked names cannot be used by anyone but the person(s) who trademarked the name.
I don’t think that eigram named the pet Webkinz, and if the name wasn’t allowed then it shouldn’t freeze, but give a notation that the name is not allowed please choose another name.
