Why did I buy 130000 estore points 48 hours ago only to find my estore account won’t work as it claims I haven’t used it for a while. I used it to buy a lot recently, very annoyed about this, it is the second time it has happened. How long will customer services take to sort it out and has anyone else had the same thing. Really annoyed as I want to buy some pets.
It may be a while seeing as everyone is working remotely and it just takes more time that way.
