I went to the estore and started shopping and before I could finish buying my items, I was automatically logged out. When I tried to log back in, I got a message saying I had to contact customer service because I hadn’t used my account in a while. Not true! I shop there every month. I have sent an email to customer service, so I’m hoping they’ll respond before the end of the day so I can participate in the Webkinz Day sale.
omg I hate when it does this. It’s horrible. About to head there now, I hope this does not happen to me again.
