I have to agree with THESHIRE, there are so many problems and glitches on here, I have problems on both my PC’s and one is new. Quit using firefox because it had too many problems. Things don’t work like they should. wheels don’t spin, they just make the sound, many times pages freeze up. Several times I did not get my “Webkinz newz Floaty clicky”. The website freezes and I have to sign off and start over. For over a year I only get one “die” for Spree! I get the message that the website has to shut down, when it doesn’t. On the Magic woodlands, I never get my Kinzcash, if I already have the item. I could go on and on, but why should I, it’s never fixed. Oh yeah, you have to know the names of all the items to find them in your dock, I don’t know the correct names so it takes forever to find things. Last but far from lest, in the lower left corner of the I literally sit and watch all the ads load while I wait to get my turn to play. There has got to at least twenty ads that says, waiting for or sending request to names that flash so fast I can’t catch them to write them down. My grandkids have quit using webkinz because there has been so many problems through the years they say it’s not worth the trouble. No it’s not my PC, I’ve already sent my specs to Ganz. It’s a shame that you do not fix what is wrong with the site instead of changing things. I will try to list the items better next time, I’m never sure where to post the problems.
Sally, everything I log on to Webkinz on FireFox it’s blacks out and says I’m missing a support device. Do you have any idea what that means and how I can fix it? Thanks!
