Hi Bailey, no you can’t buy a Promo item. You can buy a certain item to get certain Promos but usually they come when you renew your Deluxe Membership or spend a certain amount of points by a certain date or something like that. Right now if you buy the Candy house you get the Candy hat Promo. Hope this helped.
