      im throwing a birthday party for my birthday. its a circus themed party. im going with my pet chocolate (chocolate lab). I need something cute and birthday party like. also she has a big head so she needs a hat. can you keep it under 300 kc. please answer me by tomorrow. that’s when the party is. thanks! answer as soon as possible.
