    What does it mean when I keep getting the error message: “I’m sorry but we had a problem loading a required field?”. This happens while the loading screen is showing between switching rooms. I typically use Google Chrome and I always clear my cookies and cache prior to playing. Any suggestions?

      it means webkinz is not connecting and I know what you do u just log out and come back

      This happens when there is a collection event going where the icon is in your house. It should go away once the candy cane collection event is over. ~MORHB~
