    Hi @Lilgirl101! To answer your question, you can earn Wish Tokens (the Tokens you can you in the Wish Factory) by completing certain challenges, playing Token Balloon Dartz, spinning the Wheel of Wishes, or when you logout of Webkinz playing the Wacky Logout Carnival (this is your best chance).     CDDC Cowabellle became mayor cause everyone voted for her she let us get treetop rooms and underwater rooms and made it so you only get one dice in spree. So now you only get one
