I looked at your list, and I have all the items except for the clothing items. Normally, I do not trade for clothing, and though I have seen a lot of people looking for the clothing items you listed, I had to look up the values as I had NO CLUE what they were worth. LOL
ANYWAYS,
Would you trade the fluffy pink bunny ears for both items? I am not sure if that is fair to you or not; my items equal somewhere like 80,000-100,00 (I think I added right) and your item is valued at 100,000-150,000 (if I read it right)
If that is not fair to you, I can add something if you would like. I want you to get the items you are looking for, but I also want you to be happy with the trade.

I just realized that it is the fresh water FOUNTAIN, no Water fall. I know you were looking for both of those, and they are the same value. Do you still want to trade? the fountain and pool? LMK ASAP- I am really tired
