I like the cupcake lift and would I be able to pick another PSI? Would you recommend any specific PSI? Thank you!

My UN is lunoch1 or babetteab I would recommend the Gourmet Cupcake Maker to go with the Forklift and if you want something for outdoors the Junglr cat perch is really nice.(I have 2!) LMK what you decide. Thanks,
