I think that, sadly, the kinzpost doesn’t always work (thought it does most of the time).
Like once I sent my sister these w shop items she needed for her pets room in the kinzpost, but when she logged on her account, and I was there, there was nothing in her inbox. So the those w shop items were lost, even though I’m pretty sure I did choose the right user. So I’m guessing this is what of might happened. I’m really sorry if that did, I guess webkinz kinzpost doesn’t always work perfectly.
