Solving Neon Tutu!

OK so the Neon Tutu has been out since October 26, 2011 (for what I know) and everyone has been trying to figure the recipe out but no one can remember all the fails and theres so many forums trying to solve the Neon Tutu. So I made this forum for myself to post my fails and for everyone to post their fails so we can figure out the Neon Tutu recipe! Plumpy gave us some hints November 2, 2011 that said : ‘punktacular blast form the past’ which lead some of us to thinking (me too) that the black vest was in the recipe because the description of the black vest was ‘blast from the past’. It also said something about ‘dazzling’ So what I think is maybe the Ruby Red Slippers would be in the recipe because the description includes ‘dazzling’ in it! I know that doesnt look like it would be in the recipe but some of the recipes have stuff you wouldnt think would be in the recipe so It would be harder but more fun to solve! Please help if you would like it would be much appreciated! :D

I Found another hint! the whole outfit when u buy all the pieces add up to 250 kinzcash. i’ll defenitly help, here is my fails: Black Vest + Thick knit Sweater + Floresent flip flops = X
Black Vest + Ruby Slippers + Floresent Flip Flops
Black Vest + Green Layered Tee + Blue and Green Kilt = X

Black Vest + Ruby Slippers + Academy Tee = X
Black Vest + Ruby Slippers + Blue and Pink Striped Polo = X

Fails: blackvest+ruby slippers+ academy blazer=patchwork, blackvest+ruby slippers+ academy sweater= patchwork , black vest+ruby slippers+ academy t-shirt= patchwork, im running out of kinzcash so im trying to play some games to earn kinzcash!

ok, i hav an idea, i could do black vest+ruby slippers+and all hats and belts could you do black vest+ruby slippers+all shirts? and then someone else could do black vest+ruby slippers+all pants and then someone else could do black vest+ruby slippers+shoes and then someone could do back vest+ruby slippers+all dresses and skirts that should good? i do have a suggestion though, before you try something, look it up in the kinzapedia to see when it came out, if it came out after October 26, 2011 then don’t use it. hope this helps! ~LesMisLover :-)
