~3~ The duo entered Olive Garden. “Wowwww, this place smells AWESOME!!” Maple said excitedly. Lukas smiled. “Yeah, it is pretty nice, I’d say.” A Signature Horse approached them. “Hello, welcome to Olive Garden. My name is Amurskaya & I shall be your waitress for the day! Terrible rain, might I say,” the horse remarked as she guided Maple & Lukas to a table and gave them their menus. “I will be back shortly to take your order, but first, what would you two like to drink?” Amurskaya asked, pen & notepad in her hooves. Lukas observed the drink menu. “Uhhh…” (I’m on the website right now looking at how expensive the drinks are, lol. Like geez, PMJ XD) “Mango-strawberry lemonade?” “And how about you, young miss?” the horse said delightly to the small rabbit staring at the menu with a magnifying glass. “I’d like the peach-raspberry lemonade!!” Maple exclaimed happily. “Got it! ~2~ .. Lukas jumped as his book flew in the air. “AHHH, what is it Maple?? Don’t SCARE me like that!!” Maple gave a sheepish grin. “Eheh.. sorry.. I uhh.. weeeeell… do you.. uhh..” Maple started to stutter. Luke gave her a blank expression. “Must you speak in decipher? Just say it. Hey, why do you have my phone?” Maple blinked. “OH.. Uhh.. can I- can we… can we go to Olive Garden?” the little rabbit asked nervously. She didn’t like being put on spot. “Why?” “Well, you got a text and-” “Give me my phone.” Maple shrugged & walked over & gave the wolf his phone. Lukas examined it. “Who the heck is Kailie Ledger?” he wondered. “OH, so her name is Kailie Ledger.. my bad..” Maple said, embarassed at her earlier mistake. “Can we go..?” the girl pondered Lukas picked the book on the floor & put it on his side table. “Sure,” he said bluntly. “but it’s raining & I’d advise you to put on a coat & boots.” “YAY!” Maple said, as she quickly skipped out as the grey wolf put on a jacket himself. ..
~1~ Maple the lil’ orange rabbit scurried into the living room. Her babysitter, Lukas Trayton was reading a book & not paying any attention to her. She saw something was lit on his phone & gazed at it curiously. Stealthily, she sneaked over to where he was, silently & snatched his phone. Wow! she thought to herself. It’s a random text message saying to come to Olive Garden! It’s from.. Maple squinted, trying to read the text, while Lukas was grumbling about something & she went into the other room. “Oh wow! This person.. Uhh.. Callie.. Sledger.. wants me, er.. Luke (insert cute 11-year old eyeroll).. to come to Olive Garden!!” Maple was so excited. She always wanted to go there, but her parents always went without her.
