Hello! I purchased a 1 year membership, but I haven’t seen it in my account yet. It also came with a bulldog and some estore points, but I haven’t gotten those, either. I included my in game username and verified it was typed correctly, as it gave me the option to have them sent to my in game account. Is there something I need to do? I have the confirmation email as well as the order details from the Ganz Estore, I’m really confused and worried because of the money I spent. Is anyone else having this issue? How can I resolve it?
