Sally Webkinz please help I cant log into Webkinz next it loads part the way then closes the app i uninstalled and reinstalled stills does the same thing i feed my pet a bottle of the special butterfly thing last night it closed the app and i cant get back in it loads over half way then closes this is so frustrating
Try uninstalling and reinstalling again. There was just an update today so that might be making it act weird. You might want to restart after uninstalling.
How do you get a piece of candy from the candy claw machine in the arcade in the new Webkinz?? I click on it and nothing happens. I want to be able to send a piece of candy to Webkinz Classic. I need help!!! Can anyone answer this question?

I’m very confused with this new game, Why??? The Classic is much better more to offer and you can send things to other accounts, Unlike when Hampsters where going you could send your prize to one of your Webkinz acct. As far as I can tell everything which is little stays in the new game, no kinzpost etc..

NOT ABLE TO LOG IN AGAIN TODAY!!!! This is the second time today.
I am unable to log into the new Webkinz game. I cleared my cache and restarted my browser and still nothing. My classic game is working fine.
I can not get in either .. The classic app is a bit glitchy too. Spree is not working right and it sometimes freezes up
I have an Android tablet with the update being update 10 and it still says my divice is not compatible. I was so excited to play and I can’t. Can you please make it like the update requirements of the webkinz classic?
i don’t want to get a new mac just to experience the desktop version :((( will there be a downloadable one for non m1 chip macs?
The Mac version will hopefully be available in the next couple of months. Currently there is only an iOS version for Apple products.
