The Wish Factory is the place where you can make your wish for an exclusive item come true! Whenever you earn a Wish Token, swing by the Wish Factory and deposit it into the Wish Machine. You’ll find a whole list of exclusive items that you can unlock once you have collected enough tokens! Amanda Panda will also remind you that you should make a Wish of the Day for a chance to win your choice of any of the Wish Machine’s exclusive items!

I’ve had webkinz pets for over 6 years and I never got a wish granted either! Enter almost every day.
I don’t even bother with that anymore. It’s like trying to win the lottery. :(

you get them randomly by winning stuff! especially when you log out and get to play those games!

Only one person can get picked per day. It’s a very small chance any of us will get picked. :( I will still keep doing it though because I very small chance is better than no chance. :)
I don’t bother with it anymore, in the trading room you can get exclusive items with the snap of a finger.
I always go there for rares, but about two days ago, they had free wish tokens a the kinzville movie theater
