There are two very important tasks to make certain that Hailey will even appear.
First, you absolutely must log in. This is not the same as signing in for earning points in the Arcade. Go to the home page and click on the graphic to enter: That will take you to the log-in page, where you still have to click to go to the page and log in.
If you do not log in, Hailey will never appear… that could be why you’re waiting all day to see her.
After you log in, there will be a button to ‘click here to play’ – I don’t know how vital it is, but I always ‘jump through the hoop’ and click on that button.
After a successful log-in, you should begin to see Hailey popping up on the sides and occasionally on the top. A lot of the time, she appears in the blue portion of your screen. If you veiw Webkinz Newz and do not see that blue margin, you probably won’t see her, either. Adjust your screen resolution so that you get a wider view.
I spend time in Kinzapedia and often find her every few pages. But, if I don’t see her popping up, I do not hesitate to go back to the home page and repeat the log-in process. So, I can usually find Hailey on three accounts, one after the other, in only about 15-20 minutes.
Also, after you spot Hailey and it tells you to continue looking, I don’t click on the ‘Continue’ button; I use by browsers ‘go back’ button.
Repeating myself, if you are spending all day looking for you, as the LOL cat says, “Ur doing it wrong.”

I have found Hailey the past two day within 15 minutes of logging in! If you find her on a page/article, go to another article then come back to the same article where you found her and she will be there again!
The floating van gave me a prize today after it kept giving me the ‘page expired’ message yesterday.
If you get the ‘page expired’ message, I do believe it logs you out, so go back and log in again just to be sure.

The past two days I have found Hailey within 15 minutes, each time I logged on.
After you find her on a page/article, go to another page/article and come back to the page you found her and she will be there again.
Also, if you get the message, “page expired”, on the floating van or looking for Hailey, I do believe you are logged out of the contest. So log in again, just to be sure. This may be why you can’t find Hailey.
Today the floating van gave me a prize, yesterday I kept getting the page expired message.
Now can anyone help me with advice on one problem I have been having!! At the Kinzville Academy, I cannot do the strenghth class. Everytime I lift it up and let it go to the bottom, it never works. I have tried many, many times but cannot do this class!! I am on levels 4 & 5 of the other classes but cannot do the strenghth class!! I am soooo far behind in that class! HELP!!
