Pool party – fruit skewers
What you need: -         Pineapple, cut into chunks -         Strawberries, washed and hulled -         Bananas, cut into thick slices -         Melon, cut into chunks -         Grapes, washed -         Small wooden skewers What you do: 1.      Carefully thread one piece of each fruit onto skewer. 2.      Repeat with remaining skewers. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. 3.      On a hot summer day, this medley of fresh fruits is almost as refreshing as a dip in the pool.
