Challenge 7: Cut Out Sugar for a Week!

Sparky

Hi there, it’s Sparky! Okay, we’re all doing this cool Lifestyle Challenge and I came up with a really good idea for us. We should all try cutting out added sugar for a week! That means no sugary cereals or candies. And no baked goods with added sugar, like cookies or cake. It’s okay to have natural sugars, like in fruit which is good because I love fruit. And my Uncle Arte told me that we can substitute the sugar in baking with honey or maple syrup so I’m gonna try making cookies for the ‘Kinz that have no sugar. I wonder if I can go a whole week without a single candy. Wish me luck!
