Notice: Santakinz Slept In, Christmas Presents Delayed
Hello Webkinz members! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! We hope you are enjoying this special day. We have some news regarding the Christmas presents which will be delivered today as part of our Christmas celebration. There has been a slight delay in the process through which we deliver presents. As a result, presents have not yet been handed out. Many of us here at Ganz are working diligently right now to get this fixed, and presents should be handed out soon. In the mean time, please enjoy the other great activities going on today, and know that just by logging into the site, you’ll be entered into a contest for a chance to win the rare Sweet Tooth Tiger! How exciting is that? Before long, you’ll have your special Christmas presents, too! We’ll have more on this story as it develops. Keep checking back here on Webkinz Newz for updates!
Update On Presents Direct From Santakinz!
Good news, everyone! We’ve received word from Santakinz himself that his long journey across the whole of Webkinz World has begun! Unfortunately, after hurrying from his workshop to make up for time lost from oversleeping, he ran head long into a snowstorm! Though Santakinz has now begun to make his way from room to room, delivering presents to Webkinz around the world, the snow is keeping him from making his journey faster. He told us to let everyone know that he is well on his way to everyone’s rooms, but he needs time in order to complete his trip around Webkinz World safely. He said not to worry, though, as everyone will receive their gifts sometime today! We’re glad to hear that Santakinz is weathering the storm and working hard to get us all the presents! Keep enjoying yourself in Webkinz World with all our Christmas activities, and if you haven’t recieved your presents yet, don’t worry: Santakinz is on his way!
Santakinz’ Long Night Nearing Its End
With his longest working day of the year finally coming to an end, Santakinz has sent us another update on the status of his long journey. As exhausted as he is, his trek across Webkinz World continues. The snow storm which slowed him down refused to let up, and he has been delivering presents well through the night. Many members have already received their gifts, but there are still some who have not been visited yet. If you haven’t received your gift, Santakinz wants you to know that he will be personally delivering every last present, and that the wait shouldn’t be much longer. Because of the delay, Santakinz will be placing the presents right in your dock automatically, meaning you’ll find your presents waiting for you the next time you log in after he has visited your room. You may also need to retrieve your items from storage through the dock to see your present. We here at Ganz would like to apologize for this unfortunate turn of events. A Quick Note About Christmas Gifts
Just a friendly reminder to our members from around the world that Christmas Gifts will be given out tomorrow, December 25, at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. This applies to all members of Webkinz World, meaning that our Asian and European members will receive their gifts at the same time as our North American members will tomorrow morning. So, if it’s Christmas Day where you are and you haven’t yet received your Christmas presents, don’t fret: it won’t be long before your presents arrive. In the mean time, enjoy the Christmas holiday with a game of Polarberry Jam and an ice cream in the Park! Before you know it, you’ll be playing happily in your Webkinz Room with your brand new Christmas presents! Merry Christmas!

December’s Birthstone Pet: Zircon Puppy
If you like your pets to be full of zest and zeal, you’ll love the Zircon Puppy! This beautiful blue pet is the Birthstone Pet for December. You can purchase the Zircon Puppy, along with many other exciting in-game items and pets, on the Ganz eStore now. The Zircon Puppy is only available until December 31st, though, so you’ll have to snag one soon!
Ganz eStore Introducing New Value Packs
As we do with Webkinz World, we have been working hard to improve the Ganz eStore by introducing useful new features and great new items. We recently added the ability to gift Deluxe Memberships, and now we’re adding a new product line called “Value Packs.” Value Packs are special product bundles that offer a variety of items for less eStore Points than if the items in the Pack were purchased individually. Packs will come in many different sizes and prices, and different Value Packs will added in the future. From now until Christmas Day, we’ve got two special holiday packs to celebrate the release of this new product line. The Christmas Gift Pack includes all of the ornaments released this year as well as the Poinsettia Trellis and Snowman Outfit, and the Holiday Winter Pack includes the Exquisite Christmas Tree, Poinsettia Trellis, Snowman Outfit, and the Changing Ice Sculpture. Both of these packs will only be available until December 25. There are some other packs to discover in the new “Value Packs” section of the Ganz eStore, as well. Many of the packs will only be available for a limited time, so check the Ganz eStore often for different deals!
