Go look again… Ganz removed 3 color zones and left us with only 3 (yellow, lt blue and lt green). It is not a glitch. It is a decision that Ganz made to cut our fun in half. I can’t even find Doug anymore and forget even trying to find a party when you go on vacation. :(

I love webkinz soooo much, and it is my favorite website, but could you please make the Deluxe memberships cheaper? I can tell that not very many people buy them, because you are constantly advertising them, and everyone I know says that it is too expensive. Thanks!

I like Deluxe, I am thinking of getting it. I have been on Webkinz for a few years and I think Ganz could get along just fine without deluxe or the estore. They must be so rich…….They sure do give away alot of stuff for free.
So many glitches, rarely fixed and Ganz rules the world so they CAN do whatever they want
They hardly ask our opinion on anything. Deluxers should not think you are keeping us all afloat
Truth be told, we all pay real $$$$ for our webkinz. Some people will always have more than others
I like the special clothes and a free pet to join, I have traded for so many deluxe outfits so people must not value them that much. If you don’t like deluxe, don’t buy it. If you like deluxe, buy it. simple
Thanks for the advice. You’re not even Deluxe. Pay more of your money beyond just the cost of the pet to Ganz, then let them take away something that you paid for that you did value and see how you like it. You wouldn’t pay any other vendor for an item only to have part of it removed. I will admit, some of the outfits are not my style, but they hold a lot of trading power, which is also a valued perk. Technically, anyone CAN do whatever they want, but they generally don’t because of laws or business ethics, which is why this is such an outrage to a lot of members who had expectations that were breached. I love all my other deluxe features, we have 7 accounts in our household and TONS of pets. No, it’s probably not going to make me stop playing on Webkinz or stop being a fan but it stings a bit and if Ganz wants to continue to have a good trusting relationship with their customers, they will set it right.

The Gold Zone used to be something that Deluxe Members got. But now, they had some survey that no one knows about and got rid of it…
