Nuts and Bolts here with some tips for Building Your Kinzville!
We’ve heard that some members are having issues with getting their road pieces to “bend” as they connect them together. If this is affecting you, try dropping the road piece anywhere on the map first and then trying to attach them! We’re working to make this easier so stay tuned.
Also, if you’re still seeing the old map when you log in to Webkinz World, try clearing your browser’s cache and then logging in again! Your new Map should appear. To learn how to clear your cache, click here and choose “How Do I Clear My Cache?”.

please help!! I messed up my map and now it wont let me add anything new and the banner at the top is gone. I have cleared my cache and still have that problem. Its only with this account not my other? Please help! Thanks!!! My user name is 444kat444.

I did not see the map stuff in the W SHOP and i dont even see an edit map button anywere!
I have the old map and I checked for the cache and I do not have aol or the others. I use google!
None of the 6 accounts i manage have the new map either. They did get the new challanges though. We’re just be patient, maybe later tonight or tomorrow or after all the bugs are worked out their get everyone up and running. jennifer

So sad that the Vacation feature has been taken away from the everyday player and given to the Deluxe members only. How are the challenges that used that feature in the past going to be completed by new accounts?
I have the best idea for that!! I think Ganz should make it so that Deluxe members get access free and non deluxe members can still access it for 500 KC per visit. That seems fair. I dont think its fair to take away something that you could get before, so I hope ganz hears my suggestion :)
@Katzndawz the challenges have changed to Zacky’s Quest instead of Vacation Island. jennifer
The camp Kinz challenge still has the vacation island …so I can’t finish it. HELP webkinz. Give us back the vacation island …we will still pay to go.
Thank you Ganz. My 2 kids have really enjoyed tinkering with their new maps today and we look forward to the road pieces being made easier to maneuver. My problem is that in my own Webkinz account I have for months purposely avoided completing the tasks that win the Mayor’s outfit and Key to Kinzville and Map of Kinzville picture items, because I don’t want them and I know they can’t be gotten rid of. And today they appeared in my account anyway. So does anyone know if Ganz can remove them?

I know how you feel, guys. I was able to log in but i don’t see anything to do with the new map thing. it says to earn buildings from the challange but that isn’t coming up and neither is the thing where you buy stuff for your town from the wshop. Maybe i logged in too early?
when i log in i only have the old map.
I’m glad it’s working for some people, but I still can’t get in to my account. :-(
My wish has finally come true! I’ve waited since 2007 for this to come!
I know right? Coolest thing ever! I only have one problem. Why are there pets walking around that i don’t have???
Same with me everything was normal there were only pets I have then one time I went to my map and there is a reindeer walking around with 4 pets of mine, I have the deer webkinz but not the reindeer.
Dear “Kinz” I have that problem too, some of my friends webkinz were walking on my map, they said they have the same problem (and i was on their map too) lol

i can’t wait to buy new stuff for my town! i wonder if you could use outdoor items in the out side, because that would be great for the Apollo fountain i just bought…..
Wow, it looks just like webkinz friends. I personaly liked it better the original one. But I guess this is ok too! And how cool is it to design your OWN personalized city? ~KK♥
My pets are walking, (or hopping in Tom’s case) around in the street. Can our pets ride vehicles in the street, because that would be cool!
I agree, KrystalKat! I liked the older one much better. One thing that could make the newer one better, is a feature where you can add your own buildings, like a bank, your own shop that other Kinz can see and buy from, (of course there would be a price limit on how much you could price your items.) you could put some of your extras and things you don’t want in the store. I relly wish Webkinz would make that, it would be totally cool!
I agree, I don’t like it at all. I think they should change it back. I’ve been on webkinz since 2006 and actually do not like this new design at all! I don’t like the moving icons or the way that it looks like a pets yard. I really liked the old map of kinzville. It really makes me sad that they changed it. I hope they change it back! :(
Agreed- this is fun! I especially like the pets walking around the town. But for some reason, the Map Stuff section of the W-Shop won’t appear for me. Is this happening to anyone else? :\

a few days ago nothing to do with the new maps was appearing on my account. I got my friend to build it for me (thanks, AngelinaPrincess2001) but i still couldn’t see it. But today it worked, yippee! so i think you guys should just wait a few days and see what happens.
Yeah, same here. I only have the welcome to Kinzville sign and nothing else. And what is the Building Kinzville challenge you have to do?

And even when they do work, they sometimes disappear and you can’t put anything over them. It’s really annoying- I’ve had 3 of my road pieces disappear so far. How do you make them reappear?

Move them around a bit then they will change and fit. If you make a corner and it doesn’t look right, move it back and fourth and it will eventually change. kind of a pain but looks cool when you’re done.
Yeah I keep having problems too! I got it to work today but whatever I hope this doesn’t affect THAT many people. It probably doesn’t
i have 3webkinz and for some reason more show up on the road!!! Am i the only person with this problem!!??
