I don’t think the dress can be traded this time because I tried to mail one to someone and it would not let me. It said you can’t mail this item.
I just read that it is a glitch and will be fixed on Feb. 20 updates.
There is a glitch and the dress can not be mailed at this time. Ganz is suppose to fix it in a few weeks on their next update. I tried to send the dress and it would not send, so I checked into it.

Very cool! I miss being a Deluxe Member, and I don’t think I’ll ever become one again. If I ever will become another Deluxe member though, if there’s a good chance, it won’t be for a long time. But those who’re Deluxe, I hope you enjoy it a lot! :D It’s great, isn’t it? It was awesome for me, but I wish I had it again. Sadly, I don’t. ☣Chicago Made☣
