Submitted by: gil with Carl             What you need: Black, brown and red pipe cleaners White fabric Markers Scissors Tape or glue String What you do: Cape: 1.     Use scissors to cut a square of white fabric about the size of your Webkinz back and shoulders. 2.     Color a letter of your choice in a bright color, and color the rest of the cape black. 3.     Cut a piece of string two times the length of your Webkinz neck. 4.     Fold the very top of the cape over the middle of the string and back to the cape so that there is about one centimeter of fabric folded over the string.  Use glue or tape to make it stay. 5.     Wrap the cape around your Webkinz neck and tie the string in a bow.
