This just in: There have been reports that some users are not able to play games in the Webkinz Arcade!
This issue seems to be happening to users who are using Internet Explorer.
If this is happening to you, here’s what you need to do to fix the issue:
Open Internet Explorer
–>Go to Tools
–>Compatibility View Settings
–> Uncheck Display all Websites in Compatibility View.
We are working hard to fix this problem. In the mean time, we hope the above fix helps… if not try using a different browser.

Wow! This is the first I’ve heard of this! I used to use Internet Explorer but I switched to Google a while ago. It is a great, dependable website! :)
If you are using Google Chrome or Firefox with an Ad Block extension, you will have to disable Ad Block if you want to play in the arcade.
I need to finish some Challange’s. But so of the games have now changed to deluxe
I’d be able to play them just fine if SOMEONE hadn’t made them all deluxe. :roll: :mad: .
I am using Chrome and I have the same problem. Right now I am using Safari and it seems to work okay. Hope you get it fixed soon!
I tried this it does not work most of my favorite game say they are now deluxe members and the penguin game is one of them but I have not been able to finish my winterfest challenge because of it

that was happening to me also when i used internet explorer but then i started using google chrome and it works much better!
