This just in: There have been reports that some users are not able to play games in the Webkinz Arcade!
This issue seems to be happening to users who are using Internet Explorer.
If this is happening to you, here’s what you need to do to fix the issue:
Open Internet Explorer
–>Go to Tools
–>Compatibility View Settings
–> Uncheck Display all Websites in Compatibility View.
We are working hard to fix this problem. In the mean time, we hope the above fix helps… if not try using a different browser.

I’ve been a webkinz member since 2007, and 2009 for my new account because my old one got hacked :(. One of my friends thought I would have “grandpa status” for being on there for 7 years, but that’s obviously not the case. Most of the games that are now “full” or “deluxe” have been on there since the start of Webkinz. It is just unfair. I also can’t buy food in the wshop because I have “too many items”. I have been living off of farm fresh food and giveaways. And don’t even get me started on the Kinzstyle Outlet. I spent all my money on Webkinz animals as a kid, and now I feel like it was a waste because I can do practically nothing. :( :( :(

Someone out there that can get in to internet explorers should tell the people who run it to undate their windows before we all crash because I try lots of ways and not only on webkinz, it happened on FB and News Pages all over the net… My Email even… Windows and Internet Explosers need to up date badly. Help Fix the site….
When is Crafty Canaries going to be fixed? I really miss playing it. It’s one of my favorite games.

webkinz wont let me go to the adoption center ive waited a long time for it to let me go to the adoption center but it just keeps on the loading screen butIT WONT LOAD! i have 4 webkinz i need to enter from like september and i cant i also dont get the new adobe flash player update i cant play SPREE! im so disappointed
My family has all three ( Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Fire Fox), but I mostly use Fire Fox. It works really good.
Wish that free players weren’t limited to certain games. :(
This only happen to me in two games… Hoppy’s little rocket ship and Webkinz Spree. I only know how to fix spree but thanks Ganz!
It hasn’t happened to me but it happened to my friend and it wouldn’t let her play Spree so I had to get on hers every day and play Spree for her. I hope they fix it, soon!!!!!!!
