Back to School Recipe: Hawaiian Wrap

What you need:

-          Small whole wheat flour tortillas

-          Pizza sauce

-          Grated mozzarella

-          Sliced ham

-          Crushed pineapple

 

What you do:

1. Place the tortilla on a flat surface.

2. Spread with a very thin layer of pizza sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella.

3. Cover cheese with a layer of ham.

4. Sprinkle ham with a thin layer of pineapple.

5. Roll up tortilla. Microwave on high for one minute.

6. This is good served hot or cold. You can cut it up into slices or eat it as a wrap.

    Bleh. I hate wraps. Plus I can’t have cheese, meat or anything canned.
