Hey everyone! PJ Collie here with some great advice about making sure you stay hydrated.

Staying hydrated means drinking enough water to keep your body healthy and working well.  Personally, I try to always have a thermos of water within reach. I love cold water with slices of lemon or lime in it (so refreshing). If I’m exercising, I make sure to drink extra water (while I exercise and after I’m done). In warm weather, you also want to drink up – the more you sweat, the more you need to replace the water.

If you get a bit tired of water, milk is another great option. Juice is OK, too – but it tends to have lots of sugar in it, so don’t have TOO much.

    I really only drink water during the summer. Sometimes i will drink milk in the summer but not often. In winter I drink milk like ALL the time. But I think milk tastes kinda wierd in the summer.
