How do I get to the Kinzville map on the Mac app? I am using a macbook air laptop and it does not show the option. I have already tried clearing my cache & re-downloading the Webkinz Classic app.

My daughter has a deluxe account and no matter what we do she is only getting four of the five candy canes. Her user name is hugglesgurl.
i thought the candycanes we collect are to be in my dock there not there i know the ones we collect for candy cane items goes towards the prizes
SALLY PLEASE HELP ME! I play in webkinz Newz every so often. Not daily but close, How do I get wish tokens there and why wasn’t the farmer shop not open yesterday?
The Farmers market is only open Thursday Tuesday and Sunday also you can get wish tokens from tasks curio shop animatronic and from daily reward.
