I also have been automatically renewed and have not received most of these because of it. I haven’t gone back to figure out which ones I’m missing, but I think I need to turn that off on my main account so I can get them from now on!
In addition, I have been sent emails about my renewal and I am awarded with multiple pets that were from previously provided with the membership instead of the pet being given at the time. However, I’ve emailed support every time and they have sent me the proper codes.
The pet circus doesn’t work anymore. It broke with the webkinz x update.
I have found that if my account is on auto renewal, I never get my special deluxe prize. I have been a deluxe member since it started and like somebody else said a lot of the rides stopped working after the 10 year anniversary update. I love the one for this year. I voted for it. It’s fabulous. Very creative. I think the hanging gardens grotto is the most beautiful design, and while they worked the roller coaster and the mine cart ride were awesome. My deluxe membership doesn’t renew until July so are you saying I can’t get the hat unless I purchase a new deluxe membership in January?
Ah, I remember designing the Adventure Park Water Ride in 2015…those were the days!
That was my very first super deluxe item! It is so well designed, and my pets look like they are having so much fun on the water slide (I wish I could join them!) I can’t imagine what it’s like to have your design in-game for the whole WW community to enjoy. A decade’s worth of congratulations!
I wish that I could see the prizes from 2009-2015 in action. From the pictures above, I think that I would’ve wanted the circus cannon the most, because I have a circus room design in WW. As I love amusement park rides, a bunch of the other designs intrigue me, particularly the mine cart ride. I would love it if one of the Ganz staff, who has collected all of these over the years, would do a Podkinz and show off their collection.

I have a rocket drop ride that sadly does not function anymore.
My Deluxe membership was renewed this month. Will I receive these items or do I need to contact support to get them? My pets have enjoyed the cookies from last years Googles cookie tree dispenser.
I’ve been Deluxe since May 2024 and never received my Googles cookie tree dispenser. Is it too late? What can I do?

Hello. I too have had a renewable account for several years and each year I’ve had to email customer service to get the new pet and the deluxe item. Each year I have added the new pet code and have received the same pet, a flutter cow. each year I have emailed customer service and they have corrected the error by adding the new deluxe item and giving me the code for the pet that should come with the new renewed membership. This has happened 6 years in a row. I was never told I had to cancel my renewal and get a new membership to get a new pet. Each year, customer service fixed the issue. This year, I was told that because I used the code they had sent me (which was wrong again) that they would not send me the new pet code that should have come with the renewed membership. I have emailed twice, but I have not heard back. Please tell me what I should do. I have been a long time member since 2008. Thank you so much. Now that I see others have been having similar issues with the renewal process. Please help. opal141414
I love all the items, but I miss when they were made of epic size.
I don’t miss the epic size – it’s so hard to design a room with them when they take up a third of the space!
