Starting on December 1, look for Snowy Retriever Puppy Pet Medallions floating across your screen on Webkinz Classic, and click on them to add them to your collection (limited to 4 per day, 5 for Deluxe players). If you manage to collect one hundred medallions by December 31, you’ll be able to adopt this pup for free!
To make it a little easier, you’ll get twenty-five Snowy Retriever Puppy Pet Medallions in your gift box on Christmas Day. Have you already adopted this pet? Keep collecting Snowy Retriever Puppy Pet Medallions, because every time you collect ten, you can trade them for an AnyPet Medallion that you can use towards any of your Medallion Pets!
Click on the MY PETS paw print button, near your pet’s portrait (bottom left side of your screen), and click on the MEDALLIONS tab to view your collection. When you have collected one hundred Snowy Retriever Puppy Pet Medallions, an ADOPT button will appear under the pet, and you’ll be able to add it to your Webkinz family!

I’m still not 100% sure of what I’m doing with these medallions. I have enough for a couple of these snowy puppies, and they already say “ADOPT”. May I trade those as I would the regular 10 for 1 ? The article seems to indicate that I can, but it doesn’t SAY that I can if it already says “ADOPT”. I may be dense here, but I do not want to make a mistake and lose all. Please help ! Thanks
You can trade them at the 10 to 1 ratio. I have done that often as I get more medallions.
Hi friend! Since you have enough medallions to adopt a Snowy Retriever Puppy, you can either do that, or if you already have one puppy (or several) and don’t want any more, you can trade in your snowy puppy medallions for 1 any pet medallion (10 snowy puppy medallions, for every 1 any pet medallion). Then you can apply that any pet medallion to any of the other medallion pets that you are working toward getting. It is a little scary the first time. Maybe this report from Steve Webkinz will help. Yes, you can. It’s a nice way to get a few extra medallions for an expensive medallion pet like the Diamond Dragonfly. I’m after that one and the Stone Lion.
This is just me, but I think that out of all pets to adopt via medallions, they should really bring back ultra rare pets such as the Sweet Tooth Tiger, Wintermint Reindeer, Magical Retriever, etc.
