Okay, Hailey. Thought I’d take a quick moment to drop you a line because right now I am FREAKING OUT! It’s my second concert and I’m waiting backstage right now. This is a much bigger venue than my first concert, and it’s completely sold out. There are so many fans out there – I don’t know if I can do this!
I mean – remember how I forgot some of the words when I saw the crowd the other night? Well, how am I going to remember a single thing tonight? What was I thinking, Hailey? I’m just a simple designer from Kinzville who auditioned for a TV show on a lark. I didn’t sign on for this craziness! I am WAY out of my depth here!
I better go. Here comes Dacey. Maybe she can give me some advice about stage fright.
Oh, Hailey. Wish me luck. I’m really gonna need it!
264197 3347Aw, this was a really good post. In thought I wish to put in writing like this in addition – taking time and precise effort to make an superb article
I remember an interview with a big singer who said she would get stage fright so bad before every concert she would throw up but decided her love of singing was bigger than her fear- it didn’t make her fear go away but she could sing. So figure out which is bigger, if it is the love of singing just inhale deep and keep singing, if it is the fear then maybe it is time to quit but I think love always conquers fear… : ) :-)
