Caterpillar Cupcakes!

Celebrate March’s Pet of the Month with this sweet treat!

What you need:
Six cupcakes, vanilla icing, green food coloring, two chocolate chips (or brown candy-coated chocolate), round pink sprinkles, two long green sprinkles, small plastic baggie, green candy-coated chocolates

What you do:

1. Take a scoop of vanilla icing and put it aside. You’ll leave this icing white.

2. To the rest of the icing, add five drops of green food coloring. Mix well, until the icing is lovely and green.

3. Spread the icing on top of the cupcakes.

4. Arrange the cupcakes on a plate so they look like a caterpillar.

5. Put the white icing into the baggie. Snip a small piece off the corner of the bag.

6. Using the white icing in the baggie, draw two eyes onto the head of your caterpillar. Add the chocolate chips in (pointy side down) for eyeballs.

7. Use the pink sprinkles to make a smile, and add the long green sprinkles at the top of your caterpillar’s head for antennae. Add one green candy-coated chocolate to the top of each cupcake for decoration.

8. Share the caterpillar with your friends to celebrate March’s Pet of the Month!

    Thanks to your Zodiac contest, my daughter and I discovered the caterpillar cake! She and a friend each made their own today and it was a lot of fun! I wish that you wanted the pictures because they turned out amazing! (a little one-uping eachother didn’t hurt either) At four and ten years old, they did a wonderful job.

    Dudley if you go to the correct Adobe site it will not cause a virus on your computer. The technology to be able to play with your Webkinz and to play many other games on the internet is made by Adobe and is called Flash. Their technology makes it possible to play the games so Webkinz has no choice. The good news is that it is free.
