Here is a good way to hep out on earth day and everyday take a walk everyday that will benefit your health as well as while walking take a stick and garbage bags put trash in one bag and recyclables in another and dispose of them properly. As well as time yourself when washing your hands so you dont over use water for instance sing a song like twinkle twinkle little star and before the song ends be sure to be done. Do not use a vehice to take you to place that a pedal bike or feet can take you if all possible. As well as remember to plant a few trees durring the spring season and watch them grow up with you or a loved one. An easy way to do this and how my family does it is we plant a new tree for every birth that has happened durring the time span. It helps some but if more people would live daily by these things life would be a better place. Also remember to feed the wild animals they need food as well as we do.
