I know this is a go to answer, but have you tried clearing your browser’s cache? I can walk you through Google Chrome. There’s 3 horizontal lines on the top right of the scree, click it, go to tools, scroll down to clear browsing data, click it, ok the pre-set settings. No need to check off extra boxes. This takes 30-60 seconds. DONE! click to win and general loading should run smoother from you. Helps to get in the habit of clearing it just before loading webkinz.com. :) Hope that helps!
I’m not enjoying Fall fest this year. :( The prizes are limited, which is fine, but I keep catching Pumpkin seeds or squash soup. In the past two days, out of a possible 16 prizes, only 3 very furniture/decor, 9 was soup/seeds, the other 4 being assorted food. The food is great and all, but I look forward to each season so I can buy and decorate a room just for that holiday. My best friend who also plays has received an assortment of bags of leaves, rake decor, lanterns, baskets of flowers, clothing and food, almost none of which I’ve gotten yet after three days of playing. To make me feel even a little worse, she’s a basic player, and I’m a Deluxe. I feel like I’m paying extra and getting stuck with all seeds. :( If the trading rooms were full of “corn scammers” I’d try to trade for some prizes. But the idea of weeding through scammers to find the honest traders is just too stressful. Here’s hoping tomorrow’s limited prizes will be a better assortment.

I have a TON of pumpkin seeds right now. :( And a couple of bags of leaves. I don’t know if you’d like them, but I do have a lot of Snow White dresses (And the dwarf outfits) and apple diamonds from a few years ago! You can place the apple shaped diamonds on a table! Oh, and a rake wall decor! Finally clicked on one of them. What I really need is a pumpkin wreath (or 2), and a pair of Fall Fest boots. :)

My favorite thing to do in the fall is Halloween costume shopping, because it is when I get to pick out a bunch of random stuff and create an adorable monster costume out of it.

I’ve only seen 2 leaves..and got food items from them…this is not fun, just sad.
