I’m looking forward to all the events happening in June! It makes me feel better about my local Summerfest getting cancelled due to the pandemic. I have several rides on Webkinz though and want to set up a fair for my pets this Summer, but want to get a French Fries and Ice-cream Dispenser for it.
Is there any way to buy a raziel slide?
I’m not sure. It’s been so long since I have gotten mine I don’t remember if I Wished for it or won it as a prize.

Any idea of what is going to be retired in the Jumbleberry prizes?
I just read that the Baker’s Hat and Apron will be retired, along with the Bale of Hay, Fresh Berries sign and a fridge that looks like four crates of all four types of berries. Hope this helps! Your friend, Essie1996
Wait, I just read this more thoroughly and the prize for Flutterbugged is…another pet buddy????? Talk about over the moon happy about this!

I finished the Ant Mania challenge just before midnight and I didn’t get my prize :( I have a screen shot where it shows that all the tasks were completed.
email their customer service. they are getting a lot of emails asking for help right now so they might take a few days to respond, but I have gotten back a missing prize from them after emailing them before.
I’m not sure that would work, but you could try. Last time I emailed customer service, they got back to me after a month and told me Webkinz offers prizes on an “as is” basis and items that aren’t awarded due to a “minor anomaly” won’t be replaced. They made it sound like it was my fault that I hadn’t received my trophy. Oh well, maybe you’ll have better luck.

So excited!!! Flutterbugged, lots of buddies, Magical Forest plays… I can’t wait! I will definitely be adopting the Cotton Candy Sheep soon to go with that Flutterbug. Thank you Webkinz team for all of the fun!
