I hope when we get our Halloween treat bag that there is a treat bag of the same that can get placed in our rooms.
Or better yet, a treat bag that our pets can wear!!!!!!
What’s kinda annoying is that the deluxe gift isn’t already awarded to you for having an account. I went on my sister’s account almost every day last month, and was really looking forward to the prize, but I was super busy and didn’t even have time to go on my own, so I never even got the maple syrup tree. I guess I just wish you didn’t have to log in to get it. I hope Webkinz might change it. <3
Also, Ganz?, Why don’t they have the INVITE-A-FRIEND on the Phone anymore? It sounds SO fun. I never got to try it. Please bring it back! Why did you guys take it away anyway? Please reply!!! I REALLY want to know. Thank you. ~frozenanna2
I would imagine a lot of things changed when they had to change platforms. They had to re-code EVERY SINGLE EVERYTHING!!!!! I’m not sure what all of the older events they had can be supported safely on the new platform, plus a LOT of new restrictions are applied to children’s games.

So, I just got my Webkinz Desktop App. I like it better than the Browser. I mean I’m not saying the Browser is stupid, I’m saying the App loads faster. Can you guys put the Free Prizes on the Desktop App? I would like that a lot. Thanks! UN frozenanna2

I love all the events that happen on Webkinz during October, especially all the Halloween-based ones. Can’t wait!
Does the Wish Factory update mean only new prizes added, or will some of the current prizes be removed as well?
Maybe they are just going to lower some of the (token) amounts it takes to receive the prizes. They have done that before.

All the challenge icons have disappeared from my account! How can I get those prizes if I can’t do the challenges? I’m so sad.

my username is eigram and I’m worried because all of the challenge icons have disappeared from my account. They are not hidden – the arrow is gone as well. I’m not going to be able to do any of these great challenges unless the icons show up. I’ve emailed CS twice, and now my buddy emster7′s challenge icons have also disappeared. Anybody else have this problem? Do you know how to fix it?

So far my icons are just fine.
Have you finished them all? Ours are gone but that’s because all the regular challenges have been completed. Now, only monthly Deluxe challenge shows up and/or when special event prize/trophy challenges comes along. After those are completed, nothing. It’s completely blank because there are none left.
