Pet Design Finalists

Wow! What a fantastic response to our pet design contest! We had over 3,000 entries and as always it was tricky narrowing the list down. Because it was so difficult to choose, in honor of Webkinz’ 15th anniversary this year, we decided to select 15 finalists!

Now we want to hear what you think! The winning pet will be sold in Ganz eStore starting on Webkinz Day, April 29, 2020.

As always, we look at concepts that we believe would be a great fit for Webkinz World. We are not judging the entries based on artistic talent, but on ideas that we think would make great pets. Please keep that in mind when you make your selection. Whichever pet we select, the Webkinz art department will work their magic to make it fit the Webkinz style.

While the final decision is up to the Webkinz creative department, we will take your input in consideration when making our final choice. Check out the 15 finalists and let us know in the comments below which one is YOUR favorite.

elkhound all the way.. always wondered why you never had this dog as a pet! they are so loyal loving and the greatest guard dog to any family. I know I had one his name was THOR they are quiet dogs they only bark when strangers are around. they will guard the family like they were their own. They are mild tempered. and love to be outdoors in the snow. the sumer heat is to much for them because they have 3 coats of fur. 1 on the outside which hold back the water and dirt. and the other two which is like lambs wool. after 2 years of shedding I had kept his fur and had it made into a blanket. it was so soft and warm. So it’s hard to keep them clean and they must be brushed daily to keep them looking their best. In WW2 the Germans tried to us them as guard dogs but the dogs soon turned on the handlers when they saw them hurting people. The dogs have a soft heart and will try to help people in trouble they do well as search and rescue in snow on land and also water they are strong swimmers. This is why I gave my dog the name THOR. Please pick this as the pet. thank you
