Visit the Curio Shop by heading to Kinzville and clicking on the building, or click on the map icon directly.
Look for deals on W Shop items and check for rare items by clicking on the Cash Register. If there is a rare item on sale at the time, the door to the back room will glow!
You’ll also find the Wish Boutique — a place to spend your Wish Tokens on exclusive items and on past prize items you might have missed! The items rotate so be sure to check in often!
Of course, it wouldn’t be the Curio Shop if it didn’t have the Gem Mines! You can reach the mines by clicking on the Gem Hunt sign here, or enter it from Kinzville, or click on its map icon.
This is also where you can check on your Gem Collection.
You can use Gems to save up for the Legendary Crown of Wonder, or use your gems to craft exclusive items at the Gem Crafting Table!
And while you’re there click on the Fortune Teller each day for a chance to win Wish Tokens and other prizes!

Just wondering why Arte does not run the Curio Shop in Next. Miss selling gems to him and hearing his deep voice saying hmmmm that’s a pretty decent gem you found. LOL
I made the Gem Bed for the challenge, and it works perfect for me in the Starlight Room! Yesterday, I also managed to get a side table for one of the rare rooms as well!

I also love the fortunes! My favorite is “an apple a day will keep anyone away if you throw it hard enough”. Always makes me laugh!
I absolutely love this new version of the curio shop and how you can actually go into the mine and walk around and do your gem hunting. It was also great when I found out that if the light is on behind the counter, that means there is a rare available. It did take a while to get used to Amanda panda. It is also fun to see all the other pets in there walking around doing their shopping.
I’m at Level 5 in Negotiating. It says “Items sell for 10% more in W-Shop, 5% more in Curio Shop… What do I do with this skill in the Curio Shop?
This refers to the amount that Amanda Panda offers when you sell a gem.

Arte is on walkabout in his second childhood! We can still see him in the Next game “Arte’s Adventure in the Giant Jungle”. I love his goofy antics – jumping jacks while he’s waiting for me to jump, his happy dance at the end of each round when he finds the artifact. What a clown!
