VACATION ISLAND HELP !!!! I WON on a drawing there but NO GIFT BOX WAS IN MY DOCK !!! :( :( This happened a month ago CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER HELPED ME !!!! WHO CAN I GET TO FIND the GIFT BOX ??? PLEASE LET ME KNOW PLEASE !!

I didn’t receive any gifts at a drawing in VACATION ISLAND even writing Customer Service they don’t help :( I am Deluxe but sometimes things don’t work right for us like all folks. My Magic Mire has beed stuck and wont give me the crown . It’s bees stuck for close to 2 years. One part says I need a SOCCER Ball . When I do get it the game says I already had it so it won’t give me the CROWN again. The problem I NEVER got the crown . SOMEDAY they will give it to me. THANKS for helping oats <3
Another day I won a drawing in VACATION iSLAND 2 TIMES today I was SOS SO HAPPY !!! But when I logged out and cleared history . There was again no gift in my DOCK I would have been happy with the lil LAVA ROCKS !!! :( :(
AGAIN I wrote customer service but they don’t seem to help :( I can only hope .
Sorry this is happening, tinygma. I had the same experience – won the raffle, no prize awarded – at Coral Cove a couple of weeks ago. I was really bummed.
