Many of you who are screaming descrimination need to understand that many countries have laws regarding online contests and giveaways. Ganz must abide by laws all over the world. Ganz itself is a Canadian based company, and I’m sure if they were able to offer the contest there they would. Ganz is also a BUSINESS. If Ganz has made a financial agreement with the makers of HOP to provide the codes to members, good for them. Third party advertising allows Ganz to maintain the website and offer new technology while keeping many people employed. I’m sure many of the people here complaining are children, and may not be able to grasp this concept, but I see no problem with what Ganz is doing, and I personally appreciate the opportunity to be awarded a free pet.

Don’t care, do you, Alyssa? You’re just being selfish. You shouldn’t have won a bunny in the first place if that’s the way you think. Can’t we all learn to be kind and thoughtful towards one another and share and be GRATEFUL to Ganz for this? This complaining, selfishness, and meanness over just a virtual bunny Webkinz makes me sad . . .

I got one and I was sooooooooooo excited! It was my 20th pet so I got the ice cream sundae super bed! I also bought the Candy Kinz wallpaper and lily pads flooring and put all my candy furniture in there plus my slice of apple pie, cookie’s cookies, iced tea, gumball machine, and the plate of jellybeans that I won today all lined up on counters. It looks super cool! I named my girl bunny Champion Thumper! :) LOL Good luck to everybody in winning this super cool pet! I think it’s really unfair that our NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS DON’T HAVE THE SAME BENEFIT! Sounds exclusive and cruel.

Way to discriminate Ganz. I teach my children not to discriminate so imagine my surprise when I see kids from everywhere in the world being excluded from this contest. If they are going to run a contest it should be for everyone or don’t run it at all. If the Universal film makers say only allow this to US accounts then maybe only those people should support the movie when it comes out and everyone keep your money in your pocket not theirs. I am very sad to see this web site promote discrimintation by agreeing to run this contest in this manner.

Wow, Dissapointed, you’re a little dramatic. There can’t be a contest that everyone on Earth can participate in, hello?! I’m sure there are zillions of contests run for Canadians only, so I think you should just get a grip, cool down.
Drama Queen…remember, this isn’t a contest, it is a promotion…nothing like having ads for the movie on the site, but only giving away freebies to select people…that is a big NO NO when it comes to PR and promotion. If this was a contest, fine…but it isn’t, it is a free handout and they are picking and choosing who they are handing gifts to…BAD, BAD, BAD!

PLEASE everyone stop complaining! This is getting tedious with all of you complaining. If you would rather Ganz not do this promotion and give free bunnies away, then hey, I’m sure Ganz would be glad to stop and take back all the bunnies if that’s what you all would prefer! Yeah, I didn’t think so. So be happy and grateful if you have one, if you don’t have one, be happy for those that were lucky, and if you’re in Canada, there’s many other promotions and contests out there, and hey, hundreds of Webkinz you can just buy and make it simple!

I don’t live in Canada but it’s so unfair that they can’t get it. But it’s really hard to find… I really want it. I can’t find the add any place!!!!!! :’( It gets really annoying
Once again, just to refresh people’s memories, here.
Ganz is not the one making the restrictions here. It is the Sponsor themselves who have set the rules. This has happened for the Canadians as well as the US members. It just happens that is the way the sponsor ‘Universal Pictures’ does it and that is the way we have to accept it.
I suppose a person COULD go to their Universal Pictures’ site and maybe send an email about it…if they wanted to make a fuss about it.
