I am American and when I made my webkinz account i registered myself under american, but the ad won’t come up. It keeps coming up for my sister but not for me. Help anyone?

I just won a bunny! it is soo cute! I know it doesn’t pop up so you can watch at first but just keep trying! The questions are really easy when it does fainally show so never say never and don’t give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( PS. If you can’t tell I am a belieber)

It took me 9 hours of searching before I got my grandsons bunny, Why is that? Other accts, the add pops up right away
It did take me a while to get it but not that long
My sister and I have been trying for two days to get one for my niece. It pops every other ad on my account, her account, her son’s account, but not at all for her daughter. It’s very frustrating. She tries during the day when she has time, and I try all night while they’re asleep.
I logged on as myself today and it was the first ad up. I logged on for her, and not only is the ad not coming up, but I can barely load anything on her account. It’s very slow. Kind of weird how her account is having so many problems, but mine isn’t, on the same machine and using the same browser.
