You need to check your options, does your account allow 3rd party ads? you will NOT see the ads if your account is blocked. If you cannot remember your security question you need to call ganz, they can reset your account. it is not about pop-ups.
Thanks, Cindy. Finally got that page to load, and sure enough, the box is checked. As soon as her mom gets off work she’ll be able to input the security question answer and allow those ads. My niece will be very happy. Thanks, SO much! I really hope that solves her problem. I would have never thought to look there. ^_^

My Daughter and I both got our Bunny’s adopted yesterday and we Love them! We think the drum set is so cool.
