Hello Webkinz fans!
As many of you may have noticed, we have not retired any Webkinz plush pets in some time. Yet many of our plush pets have become very hard to find in stores. This is because we have a large number of Webkinz pets that are completely sold out from Ganz. Yes, we’ve fallen behind on our retirements and have made a plan to get all caught up!
Starting on July 27th, we will be retiring a new pet every weekend! Owners of these pets will get extra activities with bonus chances to win virtual prizes. A different activity will be made available on Saturday and Sunday.
To get the process started, we have gone ahead and retired all pets that were Holiday, Chase or made especially for a retail partner (such as Justice or Cracker Barrel). These pets will not be part of the retirement events.
Our new styles of Webkinz plush are now more collectible than ever. If you want a specific pet, let your favorite Webkinz retailer know, as new styles won’t last long. You can also find new Webkinz for purchase online at ToysRUs.com, Amazon.com and other fine retailers.
To keep you better informed, we will be posting articles here on Webkinz Newz when pets sell out, so you don’t miss your chance.
For our Webkinz Signature series fans, we will be releasing our final Signature plush this December. We can’t say exactly which pet it is, but it will be a fan-favorite dog that we haven’t made yet in Signature form. We’d like to thank all of our Signature collectors for supporting this great line since 2009.
So thank you again for being such great fans. We have some amazing new pets coming in the second half of 2013 that we really hope you enjoy.

Don’t stop signatures Ganz! They mean everything! I didn’t really even get to know webkinz that well until October and now you’re taking signatures away!? I don’t think that’s fair to anyone! If you aren’t really ending signatures, put something up. I got my first signature for Christmas and now I only have six. So, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DONT STOP SIGNATURE WEBKINZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if any of you want to know they are not ending webkinz :) they are just not going to have signature pets anymore. P.S I do not know what signature pets are. but every weekend they are retiring old webkinz so they have room to make new ones:) hope this helps:)
aww man i really wanted the signature husky and signature german shepard :( i guess i will never get my dream kinz i would but one offline but its to much money
Am I the only one who doesn’t really care if its the end of the Signatures? I mean yeah I agree, they were some pretty darn awesome and well made pets but never got around to buying them. They were too much money and my parents would get angry at me if I tried to buy a $25.00 webkinz :/ Another thing that sucks is barely any places where I am sell webkinz anymore. The only place I know is a toy store in the mall, I don’t know about my Hallmarks, one by the mall and one by some other place. I’ll need to check to be sure. Plus, I gotta order my pets (New Ones) Off Ebay or Amazon now :/
same here where I get mine is offline or Wegmans! :( And my local Hallmark was where I got the really cool ones with lots of color then it went out of business!!!! :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

Ganz listen up. Why do you need to retire a webkinz EVERY weekend? I mean, I know your behind on retiring webkinz, but… what’s the point of even having to retire webkinz? I mean, come on I know there has to be new webkinz made, but.. don’t give other webkinz’s spots up for new ones. Can’t you guys just make more and more? I know it’s a lot of hard work, making one by one, but you need to understand the true meaning of making toys, giving them to the kids. Making everyone feel really elated hugging their little webkinz every night before falling asleep. Just please think of my comment. Keep it in your mind for a while. Thanks. -Espeon708
