Using Google Chrome worked for me – I found the clubhouse room & watched the movie clip with no problems. It wouldn’t work with Internet Explorer though…I hope this helps.

Why is this contest only for USA Webkinz owners? That’s not fair. I guess I won’t bother seeing this movie when it’s released in Canada! Canadian Webkinz owners…why are we not given the same opportunities American kids get???? DEFINITELY NOT FAIR!!!!!
I have tried on two computers and used Chrome, Firefox and IE. I have cleared my cache and rebooted. I live in the US and I cannot get a Mirror, Mirror room. I hope you can fix this problem.
check to make sure you have your 3rd party adds turned on. if they are turned off you cant do this promotion. same thing with the lorax gift boxes and the lorax challenges. hope this helped!
