I tried to watch the video in the room using both IE and Firefox and the video never pops up. What’s going on here? It’s day two of the promotion so I’ve lost the chance at two prizes since the video never pops up. :(
We have the room on all our accounts…but have tried using 4 different browsers, the original login page, cleared cache and cookies…and still unable to watch the video…please fix this…never had problems with event rooms in the past.

I haven’t seen the floating mirror. I’m still getting the floating Lorax and being awarded the marshmellows. Looking forward to the change to the mirror–my pets are asking for the promised apple pop.
The apple pop is in the mirror room on the table. Click on the table in the room & you will get an apple pop.
No, there is suppose to be a floating mirror for an apple pop, not for the apples in the Mirror Mirror room.
